• The item must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be in its original condition and must not have been worn or altered in any way.
• The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/ copy of the invoice for all exchanges within the 15 Day Money-Back period.
• Any tags or labels that were attached to the item must still be attached.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• The Money-Back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any coupon, discount, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount, or promo codes, as applicable.
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. After deducting GST.
• GST will not be refunded
