Exchange and Buyback

• Gold- 100% value of metal weight at the current market rate
• Diamond- 85% of the diamond value at the time of purchase

• The product along with the original product certificate, and the original/ copy of the invoice can be returned for buy-back or exchanged, with deductions towards making charges.
• For exchange: The customer can exchange the item for another product of equal or greater value. If the item is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. If the item is of lesser value, the customer will be refunded the difference.
• Any alteration or re-sizing of the product by a third-party jeweler other than the company shall void the return policy.
• The company shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from alterations or re-sizing made by a third-party jeweler.
• Any modifications made to the product by a third-party jeweler may affect its quality, value, and integrity, and cause it to be ineligible for return.
• The jewelry store reserves the right to refuse any exchange request if it does not comply with the terms and conditions outlined above.
• All claims and settlements are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
